ABSTRACT

ObjectiveTo understand the experience, knowledge and attitudes of e-cigarette users in Shanghai, and to provide evidence for the development of intervention programs for e-cigarette use. MethodsThe Respondent-Driven Sampling (RDS) method was used to recruit 40 e-cigarette users for qualitative interviews from November 2020 to February 2021. NVivo (11.0) software was used to code interview records, and the thematic pattern and relationship analysis were conducted. ResultsIn terms of the reasons and user experience of e-cigarette use, most respondents used e-cigarettes for the first time after recommendation of friends; The reasons for the current use of e-cigarettes focus on the subjective feelings generated by the use of e-cigarettes (easy to use, replacing traditional tobacco, and having many flavors). Compared with traditional tobacco use, respondents said e-cigarettes tasted good and had no physical impact (they could be used all the time without making them uncomfortable). In terms of the awareness of e-cigarette use related knowledge, the respondents' opinions on whether e-cigarettes caused health risks were mostly based on their own experience of using them, and they said it was difficult to identify real information online. As for whether they were interested in relevant knowledge, most respondents said they wanted to learn about the professional knowledge related to e-cigarettes. Regarding the attitude related to the use of e-cigarettes, most respondents believed that e-cigarettes are addictive, e-cigarettes are not a safe alternative to traditional tobacco, ande-cigarettes couldn't help them quit smoking. Three out of ten respondents said they supported including e-cigarettes in the Regulation on Smoking Control in Public. ConclusionThere are certain characteristics of e-cigarette users' feelings, related knowledge and attitude towards e-cigarette use that should be targeted to carry out publicity, education and intervention.

ABSTRACT

Resumen OBJETIVO: Determinar la sensación de maltrato o de acciones contra el natural modo de proceder durante la atención obstétrica e identificar los factores asociados con esa percepción por parte de las pacientes atendidas en un hospital público de Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua. MATERIALES Y MÉTODOS: Estudio descriptivo, prospectivo, de serie de casos al que se incluyeron todas las pacientes internadas en el área de Ginecología del Hospital 66 del Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social de Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, con diagnóstico de puerperio de parto, cesárea y aborto atendidas entre los meses de junio a diciembre de 2022. RESULTADOS: De 496 pacientes, 13.9% (n = 67) percibieron algún tipo de procederes incorrectos en las dimensiones de: mal trato y abuso 9.9% (n = 49), atención médica no autorizada 2.4% (n = 12). En percepción de acciones contra el natural modo de proceder: 22% (n = 109) de las mujeres entre 14 y 19 años percibieron que el trato recibido no fue el adecuado. De las pacientes atendidas en el turno nocturno 18% percibieron tratos inadecuados. El 17% de las mujeres atendidas por aborto percibieron que el trato recibido no fue adecuado. Riesgo de atención alejada del natural modo de proceder: grupo de edad de 14 a 19 años (RR 1.96; 1.30-3.72), las mujeres que han tenido 1 embarazo tuvieron un RR 1.92 (1.15-3.21) y con escolaridad secundaria RR 1.35 (0.81-2.24). CONCLUSIONES: Las pacientes en mayor riesgo de no recibir una atención obstétrica apegada a las normas de buen trato fueron las adolescentes de entre 14 a 19 años, las mujeres con escolaridad secundaria, las atendidas en el turno nocturno y las primíparas. Esto evidencia que la atención obstétrica no estrictamente apegada al natural modo de proceder sigue siendo una problemática importante en nuestra población de estudio.


Abstract OBJECTIVE: To determine the feeling of mistreatment or actions against the natural way of proceeding during obstetric care and to identify the factors associated with this perception on the part of patients attended in a public hospital in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Descriptive, prospective, case series study including all patients admitted to the Gynaecology Department of Hospital 66 of the Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, with a diagnosis of postpartum labour, caesarean section and abortion attended between June and December 2022. RESULTS: Of 496 patients, 13.9% (n = 67) perceived some type of incorrect procedures in the following dimensions: mistreatment and abuse 9.9% (n = 49), unauthorised medical care 2.4% (n = 12). In perception of actions against the natural way of proceeding: 22% (n = 109) of the women between 14 and 19 years of age perceived that the treatment received was not adequate. Of the patients seen during the night shift, 18% perceived obstetric violence. 17% of the women attended for abortion perceived that the treatment received was inadequate. Risk of care away from the natural way of proceeding: age group 14-19 years (RR 1.96; 1.30-3.72), women who have had 1 pregnancy had a RR 1.92 (1.15-3.21) and with secondary schooling RR 1.35 (0.81-2.24). CONCLUSIONS: Patients at highest risk of not receiving obstetric care adhering to standards of good treatment were adolescents aged 14-19 years, women with secondary schooling, those seen on the night shift and primiparas. This shows that obstetric care that is not strictly adherent to the natural way of proceeding continues to be a major problem in our study population.

ABSTRACT

Resumen. La violencia de género tiene graves consecuencias para la salud de las mujeres y sus efectos se agravan cuando el maltrato se ha producido a lo largo del ciclo vital. Además, puede desarrollar en las víctimas sentimientos de culpa que influyen negativamente en su salud mental. El objetivo del presente trabajo consiste en analizar la influencia de la polivictimización (infantil, intrafamiliar y de pareja) en el desarrollo de sentimientos de culpa y las implicaciones que dicha culpa tiene en el malestar psicológico en una muestra de víctimas nicaragüenses. La muestra, con una edad media de 31.7 años (DT = 8.9), está formada por 129 víctimas de violencia de género de Nicaragua, un colectivo de difícil acceso que ha padecido distintas formas de polivictimización desde la infancia. Para el trabajo se utilizó la escala Kessler y el Listado de Sucesos Vitales Estresantes. Los resultados muestran que el desarrollo de sentimientos de culpa se asocia al historial de maltrato e influye en la salud de las víctimas, quienes presentan mayores niveles de ansiedad y depresión que quienes no se sienten culpables. Conocer la problemática permite su consideración en los procesos de intervención en quienes han padecido violencia de género y diversas formas de polivictimización a lo largo de su ciclo vital.


Abstract. Gender-based violence has serious consequences for women's health and its effects are aggravated when abuse has occurred throughout the life cycle. In addition, it can develop in victims' feelings of guilt that negatively influence their mental health. The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of polyvictimization (child, intrafamily, and partner) on the development of feelings of guilt and the implications that such guilt has on psychological distress in a sample of Nicaraguan victims. The sample, with a mean age of 31.7 years (SD = 8.9), is made up of 129 victims of gender-based violence from Nicaragua, a group of difficult access that has suffered different forms of polyvictimization since childhood. For the work, the Kessler scale and the List of Stressful Life Events were used. The results show that the development of feelings of guilt is associated with the history of abuse and influences the health of the victims, who present higher levels of anxiety and depression than those who do not feel guilty. Knowing the problem allows its consideration in the intervention processes in those who have suffered gender violence and various forms of polyvictimization throughout their life cycle.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To analyze the burden and benefit finding of illness among home caregivers of patients with cognitive impairment after stroke, so as to provide references for formulating targeted intervention strategies.Methods:Using the intentional sampling method, 15 home caregivers of patients with cognitive impairment after stroke treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University from July 2019 to December 2019 were selected as research objects. The semi-structured interview was conducted by phenomenological method, and the interview data were analyzed by Colaizzi analysis method.Results:The burden of home caregivers of patients with cognitive impairment after stroke was mainly manifested as excessive psychological pressure, impaired health, heavy financial burden, and separation from social life. The benefit finding of illness was mainly manifested in the respect for life, the improvement of health behavior ability, and the enhancement of family and social responsibility.Conclusions:Home caregivers of patients with cognitive impairment after stroke have both a negative sense of burden and a positive sense of benefit finding of illness. Medical workers should make a dialectical analysis to help resolve the burden of negative feelings, actively cultivate a sense of benefit finding of illness, and improve their behavioral ability of care.

RESUMO: O presente artigo busca uma articulação entre a noção de "sentimento oceânico" e uma modalidade de laço social distinta da formação da massa e que se explicitaria privilegiadamente no campo da arte, na qual se desestabilizam as fronteiras entre indivíduos em prol de uma espécie de transmissão de desejo, sob o modo discursivo do conhecido sonho no qual o filho morto aparece ao pai e lhe pergunta "Pai, não vês que estou queimando?". O texto examina ainda, de modo inconclusivo, a possibilidade de tal estratégia discursiva caracterizada pela literalidade e indicialidade poder se constituir em uma força política contra o fascismo da massa.


ABSTRACT: This essay aims to investigate the relation between the notion of "oceanic feeling" and a type of social bond distinct from group formation and which would be made explicit singularly in the field of art, in which the boundaries between individuals are destabilized in favor of a kind of transmission of desire, under the discursive mode of the well-known dream in which the dead son appears to the father and asks him "Father, don't you see that I'm burning?". The paper also examines, inconclusively, the possibility that such a discursive strategy characterized by literality and indexicality could constitute a political force against group fascism.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To help clinicians simplify the post-processing operations of structures by developing rapid processing software for target area and organs at risk structures based on ESAPI.Methods:SmartStructure script software was developed based on ESAPI, verified and evaluated in clinical work. 10 cases of rectal cancer receiving neoadjuvant radiotherapy, 10 breast cancer treated with postoperative radiotherapy, 10 cervical cancer receiving postoperative radiotherapy, 10 nasopharyngeal carcinoma receiving radical radiotherapy and 10 lung stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) were selected, and different types of tumors had different post-processing operations of structures. In each case, three methods were used for post-processing of structures. In the control group (manual group), normal manual processing was employed. In the experimental group 1(SmaStru-N group), scripts without templates were utilized. In the experimental group 2(SmaStru-P group). scripts combined with templates were adopted. The processing time of the three methods was compared. Clinicians scored the scripting software from multiple aspects and compared the feeling scores of scripting software and manual operation.Results:All three methods can be normally applied in clinical settings. The error rate in the manual group was 7.0%, 3.0% in the SmaStru-N group 0% in the SmaStru-P group, respectively. Compared with the manual method, SmaStru-N shortened the processing time of target area and organs at risk by 60.9% and 93.3% for SmaStru-P. In addition, SmartStructure was superior to manual method in terms of using feeling scores. Clinicians gave lower score for the" applicability" and" simplicity" , and higher score on the" accuracy" and" efficiency" .Conclusions:Compared with conventional manual structure processing method, SmartStructure software can rapidly and accurately process all structures of the target area and organs at risk, and its advantages become more obvious with the increasing number of structures that need to be processed. SmartStructure software can meet clinical requirements, reduce the error rate, elevate processing speed, improve the working efficiency of clinicians, providing basis for the development of adaptive radiotherapy.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To investigate the effect of body mass management and mindfulness therapy on obese patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).Methods:A total of 68 patients with PCOS admitted to Haikou People's Hospital(Haikou Hospital Affiliated to Central South Xiangya Medical College) from January to December 2018 were divided into observation group and control group by random digits table method, 34 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with body quality management combined with mindfulness therapy, and the control group was treated with routine nursing intervention. The total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), fasting blood glucose (FPG), 2 h postprandial blood glucose (2 hPPG), insulin (PINS), fasting insulin (FINS), Self Perceived Burden Scale (SPBS), quality of life score in the two groups were evaluated.Results:There was no significant difference in TC and TG between the two groups before intervention ( P>0.05); after 12 weeks of intervention, TC, TG were (4.21 ± 0.20), (1.60 ± 0.20) mmol/L in the observation group and (4.50 ± 0.31), (1.95 ± 0.55) mmol/L in the control group, there were significant differences between the two groups ( t values were 4.584, 3.487, P<0.01). There was no significant difference in FPG, 2 hPPG, PINS and FINS between the two groups before intervention and FPG, 2 hPPG after 12 weeks of intervention ( P>0.05); PINS, FINS were (72.60±28.46),(16.02±3.00)mU/L in the observation group and (102.61±50.10),(18.10±4.22)mU/L in the control group, there were significant differences between the two groups ( t values were 3.037, 2.342, P<0.01 or 0.05). There was no significant difference in the SPBS score between the two groups before intervention ( P>0.05); after 12 weeks of intervention, the SPBS score was (26.15 ± 2.02) in the observation group and (31.03 ± 1.00) in the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups ( t value was 12.624, P<0.01). There was no significant difference in the quality of life score between the two groups before intervention ( P>0.05); after 12 weeks of intervention, the scores of quality of life energy, sleep emotion, social life and physical activity were (80.62 ± 3.50), (79.10 ± 3.62), (75.02 ± 3.00), (77.26 ± 2.87) in the observation group and (71.23±4.02),(72.59±3.65),(69.20±4.11),(69.20±4.47) in the control group, there were significant differences between the two groups( t values were 7.234-10.272, P<0.01). Conclusions:The application of body mass management and mindfulness therapy can effectively improve the glucose and lipid metabolism level of obese PCOS patients, reduce the burden of psychological self perception, and improve the quality of life.

ABSTRACT

El texto presenta la génesis y la importancia del concepto de "Sentimiento Oceánico" en Pierre Hadot. Más allá de un conocido historiador de las ideas, Hadot posee una contribución filosófica fecunda, que se desborda entre la fenomenología y la filosofía histórica, en una visión práctica de la experiencia y de la actividad humanas. El núcleo de esta visión se inspira en una concepción particular de la relación entre el hombre y la realidad, que él desarrolla alrededor de una progresión de experiencias, refinando el concepto de "Sentimiento Oceánico", que toma prestado de otros autores. En este texto presentamos esa elaboración, que Hadot ejecuta hundiendo experiencia y reflexión. Aún, argumentamos que es de ahí que se erige su merecimiento de un hogar especial en la historia del siglo veinte: en espacio intersticial entre la historia y la experiencia, para hacer filosofía. En el primer momento de este texto partimos de escritos y entrevistas de Hadot para presentar la génesis de la noción de "Sentimiento Oceánico" en su obra. En seguida, planteamos en grandes rasgos la densidad del concepto, que sirve a la reflexión filosófica, y que además posee un gran potencial para el estudio de la experiencia humana. (AU)


O texto apresenta a gênese e a importância do conceito de "Sentimento Oceânico" em Pierre Hadot. Além de ser um conhecido historiador das ideias, Hadot possui uma contribuição filosófica fecunda, que se desdobra entre a fenomenologia e a filosofia histórica, em uma visão prática da experiência e atividade humanas. O núcleo desta visão se inspira em uma concepção particular da relação entre homem e realidade, que ele elabora ao redor de uma progressão de experiências, refinando o conceito de "Sentimento Oceânico", que toma de empréstimo a outros autores. Neste texto apresentamos essa elaboração, em que Hadot entrelaça experiência e reflexão. Ainda, argumentamos que é daí que surge seu merecimento de um espaço especial na filosofia do século vinte: o espaço intersticial entre a história e a experiência, para o fazer intelectual e a reflexão filosófica. No primeiro momento do artigo, partimos de textos e entrevistas de Hadot para apresentar a gênese da noção de "Sentimento Oceânico" em sua obra. Em seguida, elaboramos grandes traços à densidade do conceito, que serve à reflexão filosófica e que, ademais, possui um grande potencial para o estudo da experiência humana. (AU)


The text presents the genesis and importance of the concept of "Oceanic Feeling", based on Pierre Hadot. Beyond a well-known historian of ideas, Hadot is a consistent philosopher, holding the heritage of a contribution, which straddles between phenomenology and historical philosophy, in a practical vision of human experience and activity. The core of this vision is inspired by a particular conception of the relationship between man and reality, which he develops around a progression of experiences, refining the concept of "Oceanic Feeling", which he borrows from other authors. In this text we present that elaboration, which Hadot executes linking experience and reflection. Still, we argue that it is from there that one can support the merit of Hadot for a special place in the history of the twentieth century: in an interstitial space between history and experience, to do philosophy. In the first moment of this text we start from Hadot's writings and interviews to present the genesis of the notion of "Oceanic Feeling" in his work. Next, we outline in broad strokes the density of the concept, which serves philosophical reflection, and which also has great potential for the study of human experience. (AU)

ABSTRACT

Com base no poema de Manoel de Barros "A reta é uma curva que não sonha", a autora descreve a capacidade de estar só, como uma série de curvas em espiral, e o sentimento de solidão, como uma reta sem curvas. Apoia-se em Winnicott, Bion e Klein. Ilustra com o caso de uma família haitiana atendida no setting da clínica transcultural e com o de um menino de 1 ano e 11 meses com indicadores de risco de desenvolvimento atendido no setting clássico de psicanálise com crianças. Assim, nas duas situações clínicas, apresenta como alternativa aos caminhos retilíneos, os caminhos sinuosos, pelos quais a construção de capacidade de estar só tem sido possível, sem que os elementos de angústia mais submersos e profundos sejam caçados ostensivamente, mas possam tomar corpo na sessão e, progressivamente, vir à tona, para serem transformados. Finaliza com uma história infantil que retrata o universo emocional da criança quando falha a relação de intimidade mãe-bebê. Nesta história a mãe reconhece suas falhas e repara os vínculos esgarçados, uma mamãe que tece as emoções promovendo um encontro emocional.


From "The line is a dream without curve", a Manoel de Barros' poem, the author describes the capacity to be alone as a series of spiral curves, and the feeling of loneliness as a straight line without curves. It relies on Winnicott, Bion and Klein. It illustrates with the attendance of a Haitian family attended in the setting of the transcultural clinic and the case of a boy (1 year and 11 months) with indicators of developmental risk attended in the psychoanalysis setting with children. Thus, in both clinical situations, it presents, as an alternative to the rectilinear paths, the winding paths, through which the building of being capacity has only been possible, without the most submerged and deep distress elements being hunted ostensibly, but can take shape and, progressively, have occasion to be transformed. It ends with a children's story that portrays the child's emotional universe when the mother-baby relationship fails. In this story the mother recognizes her flaws and repairs the broken bonds, a mother who weaves her emotions promoting an emotional encounter.


Del poema "La línea es una curva sin sueños", de Manoel de Barros, el autor describe la capacidad de estar solo como una serie de curvas en espiral, y el sentimento de soledad como una línea recta sin curvas. Se basa en Winnicott, Bion, Klein y Quinodoz. Ilustra con el cuidado de una familia haitiana atendida en el setting de la clínica transcultural y con el caso de un niño de 1 año y 11 meses con indicadores de riesgo de desarrollo atendido en el setting de psicoanálisis con niños. Por lo tanto, en ambas situaciones clínicas, presenta, como una alternativa a los caminos rectilíneos, los caminos sinuosos, a través de los cuales la construcción de la capacidad solo ha sido posible, sin que los elementos de busca más profundos y sumergidos sean cazados aparentemente, pero pueden tomar forma y, progressivamente, se destacan y tienen ocasión de transformarse. Termina con una historia infantil que retrata el universo emocional del niño cuando la relación madre-bebé falla. En esta historia, la madre reconoce sus defectos y repara los lazos rotos, una madre que teje sus emociones promoviendo un encuentro emocional.


À partir du poème de Manoel de Barros « La droite est une courbe qui ne rêve pas ¼, l'auteur décrit la capacité d'être seul, comme une série de courbes en spirale, et le sentiment de solitude, comme une droite sans courbes. Il s'appuie sur Winnicott, Bion et Klein. Il illustre avec la prise en charge d'une famille haïtienne servie dans le cadre de la clinique interculturelle et le cas d'un garçon de 1 an et 11 mois avec des indicateurs de risque de développement assisté dans le cadre de la psychanalyse avec enfants. Ainsi, dans les deux situations cliniques, il se présente comme une alternative aux chemins rectilignes, les chemins sinueux, à travers lesquels la construction de la capacité à être n'a été que possible, sans que les éléments d'angoisse les plus submergés et profonds soient ostensiblement chassés, mais ils peuvent prendre forme dans le session et progressivement surface, à transformer. Il se termine par une histoire pour enfants qui dépeint l'univers émotionnel de l'enfant lorsque la relation mère-bébé échoue. Dans cette histoire, la mère reconnaît ses défauts et répare les liens brisés, une mère qui tisse les émotions favorisant une rencontre émotionnelle.

ABSTRACT

Temos como preocupação central neste exercício teórico buscar trilhas de superação dos efeitos do sofrimento ético-político produzido nos/pelos conflitos socioambientais que atravessam a constituição do processo de exclusão/inclusão social das comunidades tradicionais no Brasil. Compreendemos que a defesa de um mundo comum habitável passa pelo fortalecimento das comunidades tradicionais e que a defesa de seus conhecimentos, territórios e práticas socioambientais é um ato político-ecológico estratégico para a humanidade. Assim, sem desacreditar na força do sentimento de pertença que configura identidades/singularidades, propomos a necessária ampliação de movimentos/ideias que contribuam para a composição de corpos mais permeáveis ao sentimento do comum. Este afeto tem como princípio ético o reconhecimento dos outros corpos como potência em ato indispensável a costura da vida e como princípio político a apropriação do interesse comum como interesse pessoal. Neste sentido, defendemos o aprimoramento das relações humanas como horizonte ético-político da psicologia social.


The central concern of this theoretical exercise is to seek ways of overcoming the effects of ethical-political suffering produced in the socio-environmental conflicts that go through the constitution of the social exclusion/ inclusion process of traditional communities in Brazil. We understand that the defense of a common habitable world involves strengthening traditional communities and that the defense of their socio-environmental knowledge, territories and practices is a strategic political-ecological act for humanity. Thus, without discrediting the strength of the “feeling of belonging” that configures identities/ singularities, we propose the necessary expansion of movements / ideas that contribute to the composition of bodies more permeable to the “feeling of the common”. This affection has, as its ethical principle, the recognition of other bodies as a powerful of life and transformation action, and as a political principle the appropriation of common interest as a personal interest. In this sense, we defend the improvement of human relations as the ethical-political horizon of social psychology.


Tenemos como preocupación central en este ejercicio teórico buscar senderos de superación de los efectos del sufrimiento ético-político producido en los conflictos socioambientales que atravesan la constitución del proceso de exclusión/inclusión social de las comunidades tradicionales en Brasil. Comprendemos que la defensa de un mundo común habitable pasa por el fortalecimiento de las comunidades tradicionales y que la defensa de sus conocimientos, territorios y prácticas socioambientales es un acto político-ecológico estratégico para la humanidad. Así, sin desacreditar en la fuerza del sentimiento de pertenencia que configura identidades/singularidades, proponemos la necesaria ampliación de movimientos/ideas que contribuyan a la composición de cuerpos más permeables al sentimiento del común, afecto que tiene como principio ético el reconocimiento de los otros cuerpos como potencia en acto indispensable la costura de la vida y como principio político la apropiación del interés común como interés personal. En este sentido, defendemos el perfeccionamiento de las relaciones humanas como horizonte ético-político de la psicología social.

Introduction@#Traditional Mongolian medicine pulse diagnosis is one of the three major assessments in consultation. Possessing thorough pulse feeling skill, the main diagnostic method of traditional medicine, makes a direct impact to treatment results. Unfortunately, there has not been much research done on determining the scientific nature of the pulse feeling diagnostic method in Mongolia. Therefore, the topic was selected in order to clarify some issues of history and theory of the pulse feeling method and to prove the method with practical application.</br> Highlight some of the theoretical concepts of the traditional medicine approach to pulse reading. When feeling the pulse, the index finger is pressed lightly to feel the skin, the middle finger is pressed with medium pressure to feel the muscle tissue and the ring finger is pressed hard to feel the bone of the doctor is pressed lightly in order to distinguish the twisted blood flow changes overcoming the resistance of sequential pressure. We also identified that the pulse feeling is based on the nature and connection of the wind and blood and their actions in regard to traditional medicine, whereas by modern medical theory; it is based on functioning factors of vascular muscle layers, pulse rate, pressure to vascular wall and condition of vascular wall as well as thickness and thinness of blood flow. In addition to the method being effective when detecting pregnancy and gender of fetus of patients at the maternity hospital, it is definite that it can be basis of identifying the characteristic of pulse of warm and cold diseases.

Para Ferenczi, em grande sintonia com o pensamento de Freud, a introjeção foi inicialmente um conceito fundamental no desenvolvimento psíquico da criança e indispensável para diferenciar o funcionamento neurótico de outras patologias. Além disso era uma noção essencial para teorizar a dinâmica transferencial na relação analítica. No entanto, ao final de sua obra, ao reavaliar a importância do trauma, da confusão de línguas entre o adulto e a criança e entre o analista e o paciente, ao conceitualizar as noções de identificação com o agressor e de introjeção do sentimento de culpa nas síndromes pós-traumáticas e, principalmente, ao sublinhar a importância decisiva que adquire a desmentida e a cisão do Ego na dinâmica do trauma, Ferenczi modifica e enriquece enormemente sua primeira contribuição. Justamente sua última contribuição à psicanálise, refletida nas derradeiras notas do Diário clínico, é um neologismo interessante que Ferenczi define como intropressão, consistindo na tentativa de conjugar a introjeção com os efeitos violentos suscitados na mente da criança em decorrência da irrupção inesperada do Superego parental e dos adultos em geral. Esta dinâmica, além disso, lamentavelmente não deixa de estar presente em algumas modalidades patológicas da relação analítica. To Ferenczi, whose thinking was largely in line with that of Freud, introjection was initially a fundamental concept in the psychic development of the child and was necessary to distinguish the neurotic functioning from other pathologies. Furthermore, introjection was a crucial notion for the theorization of the transference dynamics in the analytic relationship. However, in his final works, Ferenczi modified and expanded his first contribution, since he reassessed the importance of trauma and the confusion of tongues between the adult and the child and between the analyst and the patient; he conceptualized the notions of identification with the aggressor and of introjection of the guilt feeling in posttraumatic disorders and also underlined the decisive importance that disavowal and ego-splitting have in the dynamics of trauma. In his last contribution to psychoanalysis, condensed in the notes of his Clinical Diary, Ferenczi presented indeed an interesting neologism that he defined intropression, consisting in the attempt to combine introjection with the violent effects arisen in the child's mind after the unexpected irruption of the parental Superego and of adults in general. That dynamics is unfortunately present in some pathological modalities of the analytic relationship. The latter notion introduced by Ferenczi was brilliantly developed and completed by Abraham and Torok in their concept of crime of introjection to which the last part of this paper is dedicated


Para Ferenczi, muy en sintonía con el pensamiento de Freud, la introyección fue inicialmente un concepto fundamental en el desarrollo psíquico del niño e indispensable para diferenciar el funcionamiento neurótico de otras patologías. Además resultaba una noción esencial para teorizar la dinámica transferencial en la relación analítica. Sin embargo, al final de su obra, al revalorizar la importancia del trauma, de la confusión de lenguas entre el adulto y el niño y entre el analista y el paciente, al conceptualizar las nociones de identificación con el agresor y de introyección del sentimiento de culpa en los síndromes post-traumáticos y sobre todo al subrayar la importancia decisiva que adquiere el desmentido y la escisión del yo en la dinámica del trauma, Ferenczi modifica y enriquece enormemente su primera aportación. Precisamente, su última contribución al psicoanálisis, reflejada en las postreras notas del Diario clínico es un neologismo interesante que Ferenczi define como intropresión y que era el intento de conjugar la introyección con los efectos violentos que suscita en la irrupción inesperada del super yo parental y de los adultos en general en la mente del niño. Esta dinámica además, no deja de estar presente lamentablemente en algunas modalidades patológicas de la relación analítica. Com Métaphysique du sentiment (2016), Renaud Barbaras propõe uma teoria do sentimento singular e radical, que, ao mesmo tempo, constitui uma nova etapa na prossecução, ampliação e aprofundamento da sua "fenomenologia da vida". Reconhecendo a sua dívida para com Mikel Dufrenne, tal elaboração teórica afirma, porém, a sua originalidade por meio de um diálogo crítico com os fenomenólogos que problematizaram a sensibilidade e a afetividade: Martin Heidegger, Maurice Merleau-Ponty, Michel Henry e Henri Maldiney. Aquém e além do plano subjetivista dos afetos e emoções, o sentimento, para Barbaras, consiste na experiência arquiafetiva de abertura à profundidade do mundo, aquém e além dos entes finitos. Esta noção, todavia, apenas ganha seu pleno significado, claro está, quanto situada e articulada no contexto da teoria do "desejo transcendental", entendido como avanço fenomenalizante do sujeito. O sentimento inicia o desejo ao desejado. Ele suscita e orienta o movimento insaciável do desejo em direção à profundidade inexaurível do Mundo - Mundo para o qual nos abriu de modo originário.


With Métaphysique du sentiment (2016), Renaud Barbaras proposes a unique and radical theory of feeling, which, at the same time, constitutes a new stage in the pursuit, extension and deepening of his "phenomenology of life". Acknowledging his debt to Mikel Dufrenne, this theoretical elaboration nevertheless affirms its originality through a critical dialogue with the phenomenologists who have problematized the issues of sensibility and affectivity: Martin Heidegger, Maurice Merleau-Ponty, Michel Henry and Henri Maldiney. Below and beyond the subjectivist dimension of affections and emotions, feeling, for Barbaras, consists in the archi-affective experience of openness to the deepness of the world, below and beyond finite entities. This notion, however, only gains its full meaning, of course, as articulated with the theory of "transcendental desire", understood as the phenomenalizing advancement of the subject. Feeling initiates the desire to the desired. It arouses and directs the insatiable movement of desire towards the inexhaustible deepness of the World - the world to which it opened us in an originary way.

ABSTRACT

Este estudo tem como objetivo analisar a relação entre o sentimento de comunidade e a pobreza rural em três municípios, sendo um do Nordeste, um do Norte e outro do Sul do Brasil. A pesquisa, de caráter quantitativo, contou com a participação de 1.113 sujeitos, que responderam a questionários compostos por um instrumento de Pobreza Multidimensional e pelo Índice de Sentimento de Comunidade. Foram realizadas análises estatísticas: Teste T, Anova, Teste de Correlação de Pearson e Estatísticas Descritivas. O sentimento de comunidade esteve presente de forma moderada/alta nos municípios P (Nordeste) e C (Sul) e de forma moderada/baixa no Município H (Norte). O fator Filiação do Sentimento de Comunidade, relacionado à vinculação das pessoas com a comunidade e ao sentimento de fazer parte do grupo, apresentou as maiores médias nos três municípios e na amostra geral, seguido pelo fator Ligações Emocionais Compartilhadas. Na análise das dimensões presentes na pobreza multidimensional, as três dimensões Trabalho/Renda, Subjetiva e Saúde foram as que apresentaram correlação significativa e negativa com o sentimento de comunidade. Na amostra geral, os seus resultados apontam para uma correlação negativa entre sentimento de comunidade e pobreza multidimensional. Diante dessa constatação, ao analisar o sentimento de comunidade, é importante incorporar esses dimensões da pobreza multidimensional, a fim de compreender melhor o impacto da pobreza na vida das pessoas.


This study aims to analyze the relationship between community feeling and rural poverty in three municipalities, one in the Northeast, another in the North and the other in the South of Brazil. The quantitative research involved the participation of 1,113 subjects, who answered questionnaires composed of a Multidimensional Poverty instrument and the Community Sentiment Index. Statistical analyses were performed: T-Test, Anova, Pearson Correlation Test, and Descriptive Statistics. Community feeling was present moderately/high in the municipalities P (Northeast) and C (South) and moderately/low in Municipality H (North). The Affiliation Factor of Community Feeling, related to the association of people with the community and the feeling of being part of the group, presented the highest averages in the three municipalities and the general sample, followed by the Shared Emotional Bonds factor. In the analysis of dimensions present in multidimensional poverty, the three dimensions of Work / Income, Subjective, and Health were those that presented a significant and negative correlation with community feeling. In the general sample, their results point to a negative correlation between community feeling and multidimensional poverty. In light of this, when analyzing community feeling, it is important to incorporate these dimensions of multidimensional poverty to better understand the impact of poverty on people's lives.


Este trabajo objetiva analizar la relación entre el sentimiento de comunidad y la pobreza en la huerta en tres municipios: uno en Nordeste, uno en Norte y otro en el Sur de Brasil. La investigación, de tipo cualitativo, conto con la participación de 1.113 sujetos, que contestaron a cuestionarios compuestos por un instrumento de Pobreza Multidimensional y por el Índice de Sentimientos de Comunidad. Fueron realizados análisis estadísticos: Test T, Anova, Test de Correlación de Pearson y Estadísticas Descriptivas. El sentimiento de comunidad estuvo presente de forma moderada/alta en los municipios P (Nordeste) y C (Sur) y de forma moderada/baja en el municipio H (Norte). El factor Filiación del Sentimiento de Comunidad, relacionado a la vinculación de las personas con la comunidad y al sentimiento de hacer parte del grupo, presentó las mayores medias en los tres municipios y en la muestra general, seguido por el factor Conexiones Emocionales Compartidas. En el análisis de las dimensiones presentes en la pobreza multidimensional, las tres dimensiones Trabajo/Renta, Subjetiva y Salud fueron las que presentaron correlación significativa y negativa con el sentimiento de comunidad. En la muestra general, sus resultados indican una correlación negativa entre sentimiento de comunidad y pobreza multidimensional. Ante esta constatación, al analizar el sentimiento de comunidad, es importante incorporar estas dimensiones de la pobreza multidimensional, con el fin de comprender mejor el impacto de la pobreza en la vida de las personas.


Cette étude a pour objectif d'analyser la relation entre le sentiment d´appartenance au communauté et la pauvreté rurale dans trois municipalités brésiliennes, l'une au Nordeste, l'une au Norte et l'autre au Sul du Brésil. La recherche quantitative a eu la participation de 1 113 sujets, qui ont répondu aux questionnaires composés par un instrument de Pauvreté Multidimensionnelle et par l'indice de Sentiment d´appartenance à la Communauté. Des analyses statistiques ont été effectuées: Test T, Analyse de Variance (ANOVA), test de Corrélation de Pearson et des Statistiques Descriptives. Le sentiment d'appartenance à la communauté était présent modérément / haut dans les municipalités P (Nordeste) et C (Sul) et modérément / bas dans la municipalité H (Norte). L'indice de sentiment d'appartenance à la communauté lié à l'association de gens à la communauté et au sentiment de faire partie du groupe a présenté les moyennes les plus élevées dans les trois municipalités et dans l'échantillon général, suivies de l'indice Liens Émotionnels Partagés. Dans l'analyse des dimensions présentes dans la pauvreté Multidimensionnelle, les trois dimensions Travail/Revenu, subjective et santé on présenté un rapport significative et négative avec le sentiment de communauté. Dans l'échantillon général, les résultats indiquent une corrélation négative entre le sentiment d'appartenance à la communauté et la pauvreté multidimensionnelle. À la lumière de ces résultats, à l'analyse du sentiment de communauté on doit ajouter les dimensions de la pauvreté multidimensionnelle afin de mieux comprendre l'impact de la pauvreté sur la vie des gens.

Este artigo apresenta um estudo sobre o texto "O estranho", de Freud, a partir dos deslocamentos do sentimento de si, o que pode ser o terceiro elemento necessário, previsto por Freud, para a constituição do estranho. Trata-se de uma primeira aproximação mais sistemática da ideia de que o estranho (seja na experiência narrativa literária, seja na realidade comum) é produzido pelas operações ambivalentes da linguagem e do corpo, resultando em uma tensão e perturbação dos limites e fronteiras do eu. Por fim, consideraremos as temáticas da cisão, da afirmação e recusa, fundamentais para entender a estrutura do eu e seu atravessamento simultâneo por distintas matrizes da intersubjetividade, ou seja, pela presença do outro em sua função constitutiva das subjetividades.


This article presents a study about "The Uncanny" (Freud, 1919). The author starts from the displacements of the Ego feeling which may be, according to Freud, the third element necessary for the constitution of the uncanny. It is the first time of a more systematic approach to the idea that the uncanny (whether in literary/narrative experience or in ordinary reality) is produced by the ambivalent operations of language and body, and the result is a tension and disturbance of the boundaries and borders of the Ego. Finally, we will consider themes such as splitting, affirmation, and disavowal. They all are essential for understanding the structure of the Self and its simultaneous crossing through different matrices of intersubjectivity, that is, through the presence of the other in its constitutive function of subjectivities.


En este artículo se presenta un estudio sobre el texto "Lo Siniestro" (Freud, 1919) a partir de los desplazamientos del sentimiento de sí, lo que puede ser el tercer elemento necesario, previsto por Freud, para la constitución del siniestro. Se trata de una primera aproximación más sistemática de la idea de que lo siniestro (ya sea en la experiencia narrativa literaria, o en la realidad común) es producido por las operaciones ambivalentes del lenguaje y del cuerpo, resultando en una tensión y perturbación de los límites y fronteras del Yo. Por último, consideraremos las temáticas de la escisión, de la afirmación y del rechazo, fundamentales para entender la estructura del Yo y su travesía simultánea por distintas matrices de la intersubjetividad, o sea, por la presencia del otro en su función constitutiva de las subjetividades.


Cet article présente une étude du texte "L'inquiétante étrangeté" (Freud, 1919) à partir des déplacements du sentiment de soi, ce qui peut être le troisième élément nécessaire, prévu par Freud, pour la constitution de l'inquiétante étrangeté. Il s'agit d'un premier abordage plus systématique de l'idée que l'inquiétante étrangeté (que ce soit dans l'expérience narrative littéraire ou dans la réalité ordinaire) est produite par les opérations ambivalentes du langage et du corps, entraînant une tension et une perturbation des limites et des frontières du Moi. Nous examinerons enfin les thèmes du clivage, de l'affirmation et du déni, fondamentaux pour comprendre la structure du Moi et comment il est traversé simultanément par de différentes matrices de l'intersubjectivité, c'est-à-dire, par la présence de l'autre dans sa fonction constitutive des subjectivités.

@#Background: Self-efficacy (SE) is a person’s belief in his or her own capability to perform and accomplish a task that could produce a favourable outcome, despite facing obstacles. This study aimed to confirm the validity and reliability of an SE scale among undergraduate students at the Health Campus of the Universiti Sains Malaysia. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted among the undergraduate students using a self-administered questionnaire. After using a purposive sampling method, 562 students completed the questionnaire. Mplus 8 was employed to conduct the confirmatory factor analysis on the psychometric properties of Bandura’s 18-item SE scale with three factors (internal feeling, competing demands and situational). Then, the composite reliability was calculated for each factor. Results: Most of the students were Malay (73.3%) females (79.0%) who exercised 2.62 times a week for an average of 43.37 min per session. The final measurement model was obtained after removing six problematic items, and the model was deemed fit based on several indices [Root Mean Square Error of Approximation (RMSEA) = 0.067, Standardised Root Mean Square Residual (SRMR) = 0.004, Comparative Fit Index (CFI) = 0.924]. The composite reliability values of the three factors were acceptable (0.65 to 0.84). Conclusion: The simplified 12-item SE scale with three factors displayed good fit indices with regard to the data, and they were considered to be acceptable for the current sampl

INTRODUCCIÓN: Aunque la escala de afecto positivo y negativo propuesta por Mroczek y Kolarz no ha sido tan ampliamente utilizada como otros instrumentos, las adecuadas propiedades psicométricas publicadas hasta ahora, sumado a la rapidez de su aplicación; la sitúan como un instrumento adecuado para medir el componente hedónico del bienestar subjetivo. En este sentido, la validación de la escala en Chile permitirá a los investigadores tener a disposición un instrumento breve y fiable con el cual medir el bienestar subjetivo. OBJETIVO: El objetivo inicial de este estudio fue validar en Chile la escala de afecto positivo y negativo propuesta por Mroczek y Kolarz. MÉTODOS: Se reclutó a una muestra no probabilística de 155 chilenos junto con una muestra de 308 inmigrantes adultos residentes en Chile de nacionalidades colombiana, peruana y venezolana. La muestra de chilenos se utilizó para la validación de la escala. Se evaluó la validez de constructo (α de Cronbach y análisis factorial exploratorio), y luego la validez concurrente a través de correlaciones bivariadas con la medida de "sentimiento de felicidad" de Wold (1995) y de "satisfacción con la vida" de Keyes, Shmotkin & Ryff (2002). Finalmente, se valoraron las diferencias en la expresión de afecto de los chilenos en comparación con la de los migrantes. RESULTADOS: El índice de fiabilidad fue de α = 0,92 para la subescala de afecto positivo y de α = 0,75 para la subescala de afecto negativo. El análisis factorial exploratorio reprodujo de manera idéntica las cargas factoriales propuestas en el instrumento original con saturaciones de los ítems > 0,35 por factor. Los migrantes colombianos y venezolanos muestran mayor expresión de afecto positivo que los chilenos, mientras que esta diferencia no se observa al comparar chilenos con peruanos. CONCLUSIÓN: La escala de afecto positivo y negativo presenta propiedades psicométricas adecuadas para medir la expresión de afecto (bienestar hedónico) en la población chilena.


INTRODUCTION: Although the positive and negative affect scale proposed by Mroczek and Kolarz has not been widely used as other instruments, the adequate psychometric properties reported and the simplicity of the application, place it as an adequate instrument to measure the hedonic component of subjective well-being. Thus, the scale validation in Chile will allow researchers to have available a short and reliable instrument in order to measure subjective well-being. OBJECTIVE: The initial objective of this study was to validate in Chile the "Positive and negative affect scale" proposed by Mroczek and Kolarz. METHODS: A non-probabilistic sample of 155 Chileans and a sample of 308 adult immigrants residing in Chile of Colombian, Peruvian and Venezuelan nationality were recruited. The sample of Chileans was used to validate the scale. The construct validity (Cronbach's α and exploratory factor analysis) and the concurrent validity through bivariate correlations with other measures were estimated. Finally, the differences in the affect expression of Chileans in comparison with migrants' people were evaluated. RESULTS: The reliability index was α = 0.92 for the positive affect sub-scale and α = 0.75 for the negative affect sub-scale. The exploratory factor analysis reproduced in the same way the factorial loadings proposed in the original instrument with saturations > 0.35 per item. Colombian and Venezuelan migrants show greater expression of positive affect than Chileans, while this difference is not observed when comparing Chileans with Peruvians. CONCLUSION: The positive and negative affect scale has adequate psychometric properties to measure the expression of affect (hedonic well-being) in the Chilean population.

Generalization of learned fear has been considered to be critical for our survival. Patients with anxiety problems show overgeneralization of learned fear, as reflected by defensive physiological responses to harmless stimuli. Together with these physiological responses, conscious feeling of fear is a seminal part of emotional process that is directly related to the suffering of anxiety patients. However, the effect of anxiety on the generalization of conscious feeling remains unclear. We thus focused on the question whether the generalization of conscious feeling of fear depends on individual anxiety level in nonpatient participants. To address this question, we developed a fear generalization paradigm using natural scene images. We found that subjective feeling of fear was generalized to similar stimuli with the conditioned stimuli (CS), and that this generalization of conscious fear was positively correlated with the level of individual anxiety. Anxiety and depression frequently co-occur, but the individual depression level was not correlated with the fear generalization. These suggest that individual anxiety level mainly affects the generalization of conscious fear.

ABSTRACT

Hermann Hesse's personal life (1877–1962) is characterized by traumatization caused by suppressive pietistic discipline of his parents during his youth, and depression in his middle age accompanied by psychoanalysis treatment. At the age of 15, he was admitted to mental institutions due to defiant behavior. With this traumatic experience, his psychosexual development seemed inhibited during his adolescence. At age 39, depression developed precipitated by the death of his father. Hesse had received Jungian psychoanalysis from Dr. Lang and Dr. Jung over a 10-year period. However, psychoanalysis could not prevent the recurrence of depression. His appreciation of psychoanalysis became critical. Meanwhile, Hesse announced that he had been a Protestant Christian. In his 50s, he began to create new novels which, beyond polarity based on Jungian psychoanalysis, described the journey toward a greater harmonious and spiritual oneness. Pietism was at one time the reason of his pain, but became life-long support for Hesse's spiritual maturity. He was diagnosed with type II bipolar disorder. The main dynamic factors are thought to be ambivalence, feelings of guilt regarding his aggression toward his parents, and sexual conflict. His coping mechanisms seemed to include pietistic self-control, avoidance, scholarship and creation of literature. By writing the autobiographical Bildungsromans, Hesse tried not only to master his own personal problems but to enlighten readers. However, it seemed that he could not overcome the feelings of guilt associated with leaving his father.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the curative effect of YU Yun pulse-feeling-based acupuncture therapy for the treatment of middle-late liver cancer. Methods A total of 60 middle-late liver cancer patients were divided into control group and treatment group by stratified randomization method,30 cases in each group. The control group was given integrated Chinese and western medicine therapy according to the clinical pathway, including anti-cancer treatment such as vascular interrention,molecular targeted therapy,chemotherapy,radio therapy, and focal ablation therapy,as well as chinese medicine treatment based on disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation. And the treatment group was given YU Yun pulse-feeling-based acupuncture therapy on the basis of treatment for the control group. The two groups received 12-week treatment, and then their curative effects were compared. Results The treatment group had better effect on increasing the survival rate, prolonging survival time, improving the scores of clinical symptoms, stabilizing tumor size, and increasing the scores of Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS)than the control group,the difference being significant (P < 0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion YU Yun pulse-feeling-based acupuncture therapy exerts certain curative effect for the treatment of middle-late liver cancer.
